"HackCville provides an awesome community of talented and passionate peers and a welcoming clubhouse in which to do work or hang out. Overall, it's an awesome community filled with bright people who like to get shit done, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for exactly that."

Don’t just surf the web, build it

Source is a 10-week program focusing on full stack web development with NodeJS, JavaScript, and React. You will dive beyond the webpage, learning about how computers communicate over the internet and how to develop the services that power our favorite apps. Each topic will be accompanied by hands-on coding exercises and projects to reinforce knowledge and introduce real-world practices.

Kickoff a hobby or even a career in coding

While Source focuses on the web, our goal is to give you the power and knowledge to work on any type of software, from data processing to mobile apps. Through project showcases, hackathons, and workshops, we hope to show you how fun, relevant, and powerful programming can be.

"HackCville provides a space to explore oneself in a number of ways and the community of people loves to embrace newcomers and help them grow. I have felt the skills I have learned through HackCville are invaluable as I prepare for the real world."
- Cole Chisom, HackCville Member
"My favorite part about HackCville is learning a new skill with a group of like-minded but unique peers. The community feel and new friends are just the icing on the cake to the phenomenal program I was in this semester. I feel like I have skills I can continue using during college, (hopefully) in the workplace, and for my own enjoyment in years to come."
- Kaleigh Watson, HackCville Member
