Launched Into Entrepreneurship

The Pioneer sits down with Chapman Monroe to discuss coding, salad dressing, and getting paid to learn.

Chapman Monroe is a graduate of Launch, a new summer program from HackCville. It combines 6 weeks of intensive skills training with 6 weeks of a practical internship with a local startup.

For her internship, Chapman worked with HYP Foods to develop a high protein salad topper. Along with two other Launch students, Matthew Han and Yae Ji Cha, she designed a website for HYP and started a Kickstarter with a goal of raising $15,000.

Listen to Chapman discuss her process of learning entrepreneurship below.

The Launch program applications close Sunday 9/24 at 11:59pm.
