2016 Pancakes for Parkinson’s

Flipping for a cure on October 15.

Over the month of September, The Pioneer staff had the opportunity to work with Pancakes for Parkinson’s on their promotional video. Since its inception 12 years ago, P4P has become the largest student run organization on Grounds and has raised nearly $500,000 for the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research.

It was an incredible opportunity to see the hard work and dedication of the P4P staff in real time as we filmed UVa celebrities, such as Leah Smith, London Perrantes and Dean Groves.

Be sure to visit the Lawn on October 15th from 9:00am-2:00pm before the homecoming game to enjoy some free pancakes and help raise awareness for Parkinson’s disease! 100% of the proceeds will go towards the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research. For more information, visit their website.
